Aquarella
‘Aquarella’ is a sporty charter yacht measuring 42.00m (137′ 10”), built by the UK shipyard Devonport. She was launched in 1994 and fully refitted in 2019, resulting in a striking modern vessel with accommodation for up to 12 guests in six cabins (1 x Master 48sqm with independent saloon and a sofa/bed – which can be converted into a 6th cabin and has separate WC – 2 x VIP cabins, 1 x Twin cabin with two single beds and a pullman, 1 x Twin cabin with upper & lower beds). After her full refit, she now boasts brand new interiors by Ioanna Marinopoulos. Her bright design incorporates rich woods, with monochrome furnishings and white marble. Aquarella’s pared-down interior is complemented by artwork by celebrity photographer Lorenzo Agius, who has captured names including Tom Cruise, Gwen Stefani and Madonna. One of his iconic shots of a pouting, blindfolded Angelina Jolie, dominates the wall in the main salon and is the first thing that greets guests when they board the yacht. The salon also features large windows that fill the space with natural light and a glass dining table for entertaining. The yacht features a large swim platform and expansive deck spaces. With an experienced Captain and crew of eight on board, she specializes in itineraries that take guests to some of the hidden treasures of Greece. As such, she is stocked with a selection of water toys, including two jet skis and inflatables. She has a cruising speed of 17 knots and a top speed of 24 knots, making her perfect for relocating between islands, and is fitted with zero-speed stabilizers for smooth cruising in any conditions.
